Responsiveness

Responsiveness is a health system's ability to center and cater to the individual patient experience while encouraging a dynamic feedback loop between people and the system. When a system is highly responsive, it is accountable to its users and their needs, ultimately resulting in increased trust and confidence in the health system.

The ability of the health system to provide primary care services to patients when they need them, with acceptable and reasonable wait times and at days and times that are convenient to them.
